Outfield Resort Group was founded in 2002 to provide individually tailored business solutions to challenges and opportunities confronting vacation ownership developers, management companies, and homeowner associations. Our goal is to provide value based solutions that optimize usage and value for timeshare owners and help answer the pressing needs of our clients. The centerpiece of our business philosophy is integrity. Implementation of our business solutions are carried out in a straightforward and professional fashion to promote the interest of the timeshare owners and protect and enhance the brand value of our clients.

FOUNDERS

  • TOM FRANKS
    Tom Franks has a broad range of industry experience spanning more than 30 years.
    He served as Senior Vice President of the American Resort Development Association (ARDA) from 1982- 1990 and as President of ARDA from 1990- 1997,
    where his tenure was marked by financial success, industry leadership, and a strong understanding of the evolving timeshare industry.
    Subsequently, Franks served as President of Resort Acquisitions and Executive Vice-President of Corporate Affairs for a large publicly-held
    vacation ownership company where he gained important insights into the vacation ownership business.

  • MARK MONROE
    Mark Monroe has an extensive and professional understanding of the marketing and sales presentation process and its implementation.
    He has more than 30 years experience in the industry. He served for more than six years as Director of Sales for one of the leading developers
    in the vacation ownership industry. Monroe is responsible for the strategic and tactical development of our sales and marketing programs.

  • STEVE LAMANTIA
    Steve LaMantia served as Sales Manager overseeing the largest in-home sales program in the vacation ownership industry for a leading timeshare developer.
    Steve is responsible for the day-to-day sales activities.
